This Calendar of Events lists CMAC National events as well as Branch education programs which that can be attended by CMAC members across the country. To find more information on activities for your Branch and region, please refer to the Regional Branches section of the website or contact your Branch directly. 

Please note that to successfully register, you must complete the following steps: First, select your current member category; next, select the desired event package; lastly, click "Save & Continue" to fill out the registration form.

To register multiple people on the same invoice, register yourself first, then you will be given the option to add additional people. A separate registration form must be completed for each individual.

2022 CMI - Proven Strategies to Communicate with and Manage Difficult People (Virtual - Presented by the Ontario Branch)

Integral HR’s highly interactive leadership development and management training programs have been very well received by clients across North America and Europe.  For a leader to be effective, they must understand what their organization needs to move the needle from where they are now to where they want to be. Integral HR’s learning and development methods allow participants to reflect, identify strengths and developmental opportunities, how to correct them, and how to set a powerful framework for progressive growth, moving forward.

As a result of participating in the session, attendees will gain confidence and be positioned to effectively communicate with and manage difficult people.  Participants will be provided with tools, processes and practical strategies that can be applied when interacting with direct reports and peers. 

Breakout sessions will be held that will allow participants to develop best practices along with the opportunity to develop plans to put the education and best practice into play.
