Judy Riege

For over 25 years, Judy has been in the business of elevating leadership thinking and behavior for people who truly want to be world-class in all they do. Judy is a mentor of mentors. She has mastered the ability to make leadership learning practical and shows good leaders how to energize their leadership, deepen emotional and relational intelligence, embrace change, and elevate performance in individuals, teams, and organizations. Judy is known for her energy, her practical tips, and her skill at holding a deep safe space for real conversations. She tells the "kind truth" to change behaviour and elevate the know-how in individuals and in teams. For Judy, shared leadership, and strong emotional intelligence (EQ) are the superpowers that create role models, winning teams, and cultures of excellence that deliver consistent world-class results.

Judy is a leadership coach, mentor, trainer, speaker, and facilitator. As an expert in adult development and learning, she has designed team learning, team culture, mentorship programming, and emotional intelligence leadership training experiences in sport, education, and business sectors in Canada.

Judy is a proud learning partner and a faculty member with Canada's "Pursuit" Program for Olympic and Paralympic Coaches and Sports Leaders. She Leads a two-day intensive on "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: raising your relational game to impact world-class performance". Judy was the leadership performance coach to over twenty summer and winter Olympic and Paralympic coaches leading into the Tokyo and Beijing Games. She is especially proud of the ongoing partnership with the National Women's Hockey program contributing to their transformation from the inside out to win GOLD in Beijing.

Judy writes a weekly newsletter on leadership and emotional intelligence called 'Your Inside Connection" and is in the process of writing her first book.
