If you are interested in becoming a member of the CSCM, and qualify under one of the Membership Categories, the next step in the process is to complete the following:

  1. Complete the Application Form related to your specific membership type.
  2. Include payment for the first year membership dues, as listed in the CSCM Dues Chart.
  3. Include a letter from your club confirming your position and status of employment.
  4. The Application Form, dues payment, and required supporting material should then be forwarded to the CSCM National Office at:

Review of Application

The Application is then reviewed, and if the applicant meets all the criteria for membership, will be approved and processed by the National Office.

Questions regarding eligibility

In cases where the eligibility of an applicant or the appropriate membership category is unclear, the application will be forwarded to the Membership Committee for review. In this event this happens, applicants will receive notification.

Confirmation of Membership

Once a new member is approved, the National Office will immediately confirm acceptance, send a welcome package to the new member, notify the Branch and activate all services.
