CMAA University is the expansion of CMAA’s Lifetime Professional Development program, featuring dynamic, online learning accessed from the comfort of your computer. Most CMAA University courses are available for education credits that count toward the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation and Certification Maintenance requirements. More than 200 Other Education Credits are currently available through the system.

CMAA University is an expansion of CMAA’s Lifetime Professional Development program and offers more than 70 complimentary credits online. To activate your personal CMAA University account, please e-mail cmaauniversity@cmaa.com and note that you are a CSCM member.

Once you sign in, please explore the CMAA Member Education Carousel. This carousel houses executive-level education for CSCM and CMAA members. The carousels on either side represent benefits of a Club Resource Center subscription. To learn more about this subscription option for you club, please scroll down to the About section of the Club Resource Center homepage.

Each course that is available for credit contains a PDF credit form or instructions on how to earn your credits. “CMAA University is a user friendly way to further your knowledge of the club Industry and continue your professional development at your own pace. With modules for staff training on such topics as health and safety, food and beverage service, and vendor systems like JONAS, it is a valuable resource. As well the Executive Level topics on human resources, leadership, risk management, and more will broaden your 360 degree view of operations. The archived conference education sessions are a great way to access that content if you are unable to attend the World Conference.
I highly recommend the use of this additional education tool for all club managers but especially mid-level managers looking to prepare for the next step in their career.”
