With the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and a bustling culinary culture, Calgary is the perfect spot to welcome you for the 2023 CMAC Food & Beverage Management Conference from Saturday March 4 – Tuesday March 7.
The conference opens with a memorable welcome reception at Calgary Petroleum Club on Saturday March 4 and the formal gala will be held at The Glencoe Club on Monday March 6. On Sunday March 5 we will take a tour around Calgary to visit some fantastic Clubs around the city. Calgary has plenty of great Clubs, and our aim is for you to be able to experience many of them and their different features.
With the conference theme of Rise Up, Reimagine, Refuel, we wanted to focus on how far Club Food and Beverage has come over the past few years. The industry truly has had to endure so much, but this conference is all about getting a boost of inspiration so that you are ready for what comes next in this new era of hospitality. Speakers from around the nation will provide us with knowledge on topics such as coffee, inventory management, the business of weddings, mental health, agricultural ranching processes, diversity in hospitality, environment, sustainability and governance, inclusion and more. There will also be a Chef’s panel of Club Chefs discussing upcoming trends and showcasing their signature creations!
