Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Identify emerging trends in the club industry;
2. Demonstrate effective behaviors for creating a positive club culture;
3. Examine strategies for clubs to generate a profit in their operations;
4. Review key learning concepts that can be implemented into practice.

Certification

Education credits are awarded on the basis of one credit for each 60 minutes of education time. Breaks are not included. An evaluation form must be completed and submitted in order to be eligible for the credit(s). Attendance is required for ALL sessions in order to obtain credit for BMI Club Management.
