Payment Policy
In order to attend the conference, CMAC must receive full payment by October 28. Payments made prior to October 7 can be paid by e-transfer, credit card, invoice, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Payments made after October 7 can only be paid by e-transfer or credit card either through your CMAC profile or by contacting the CMAC National Office at 416-979-0640.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for all event registrations must be received in writing by no later than October 7. Cancellations received by this date will be refunded the conference registration fee less a 10% (plus HST) administration fee. Cancellations after this date cannot be refunded. Substitutions are permitted.
As we are all facing unprecedented rising costs over the last few years, the costs associated with producing CMAC’s National Conference have also increased. This year’s registration fees are a reflection of this reality. CMAC’s goal continues to be to offer as low as possible registration fees, while still providing a National Conference experience expected by our participants.
