The Canadian Society of Club Managers encourages those interested in pursuing a profession in club management to explore the various educational options available and encourages students to research and become more involved in the club management industry. We currently offer student memberships, and the annual Val Mason Scholarship is available to a student currently enrolled in a school, college or university who is intending to pursue a career in club management.
CSCM can also assist students in forming a Student Branch of CSCM at your school. The society currently has one official branch but several students from different insitutions across the country. If you are interested in forming a Student Branch, please review our Ontario guidelines and application form or contact the National Office if you are outside of Ontario. Currently approximately 10% of the total membership of CSCM are students.
