The partnership will help establish important industry benchmarks for the club industry in Canada; provide valuable insight to support each CMAC member’s work with their board; and raise awareness of CMAC amongst other stakeholders.
CMAC and GGA Partners have enjoyed a history of collaborative research and investigative solutions to many of the club industry’s toughest problems. The evolution of this relationship into a formal partnership furthers the mission and core objectives of the association’s strategic plan and positions GGA Partners to more directly support CMAC through funding, education, and research for its members.
CMAC and GGA Partners will undertake two club industry research initiatives each year. The first will contain consistent research year-over-year on trends and best practices in the industry, largely informed by an annual survey of CMAC members, on various topics aligned with the core competencies of club management. The second initiative will target business media through lifestyle research initiatives that generate interest beyond the club industry. Research initiatives will be informed by CMAC member feedback and input from the CMAC/GGA Partners Research Steering Committee.
