GGA Partners is unique in its ability to effectively combine club management and operational expertise with highly capable professional strategists and experienced business analysts. Personnel include former club managers with experience leading exceptional clubs, along with alumni of Deloitte, Fairmont, KPMG, Marriott, Pulte Homes, PwC, and Scotia Capital.
As a Platinum Corporate Partner of CSCM, GGA Partners is committed to club management and helping facilitate key elements of the CSCM’s provision of research, resources, and education to its members. GGA Partners is proud to lend its support and is eager to work collaboratively with the CSCM to develop beneficial research and insights drawn from the firm’s core competencies in strategy and operations consulting, business intelligence and analytics.
The partnership will help establish important industry benchmarks for the club industry in Canada; provide valuable insight to support each CSCM member’s work with their board; and raise awareness of the CSCM amongst other stakeholders. The research initiatives will ultimately act to increase reach and impact, one of the four Strategic Priorities of CSCM’s Vision 2020.
The CSCM and GGA Partners have enjoyed a history of collaborative research and investigative solutions to many of the club industry’s toughest problems. The evolution of this relationship into a formal partnership furthers the mission and core objectives of the Society’s strategic plan and positions GGA Partners to more directly support the CSCM through funding, education, and research for its members.
CSCM and GGA Partners will undertake two club industry research initiatives each year. The first will contain consistent research year-over-year on trends and best practices in the industry, largely informed by an annual survey of CSCM members, on various topics aligned with the core competencies of club management. The second initiative will target business media through lifestyle research initiatives that generate interest beyond the club industry. Research initiatives will be informed by CSCM member feedback and input from the CSCM/GGA Partners Research Steering Committee.
