This program is designed to provide participants with an overview of the changing legislative requirements relating to Workplace Violence, Harassment, Sexual Harassment, AODA, and the Fair Workplaces and Better Jobs Act. There will be a review of Bill 132, Bill 168, AODA, and Bill 148 Regulations, including practical compliance strategies.
Case Study exercises will provide participants with proven methodologies to manage Human Rights and or MOL/ESA Claims. Worth six (6) National Education Credits.
