BMI III General Manager/Chief Operating Officer

CSCM is pleased to offer the third core Business Management Institute (BMI) course required for the Certified Club Manager designation in partnership with the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality and Tourism Management to deliver a program that builds upon the General Manager/Chief Operating Office concept.

Learn how to operate your club as a business and be perceived as its operational leader.  Understand the responsibilities and characteristics of a true GM/COO and review the competency areas required for you to achieve success.  Upon successful completion of this BMI course you will earn 30 Other Education credits towards eligibility for petitioning for the CCM.

Ryerson University, Toronto

Welcome Reception and Orientation 6 p.m. on Saturday at the Chelsea
Farewell Reception 2:30 - 4 p.m. at Ryerson following Exam on Thursday

This is a very intense course with a significant amount of group work most evenings on the case presentation. We will also be visiting one club for dinner during the week. Participants are strongly encouraged to book into the hotel in the interest of time and alleviating the stress of commuting!
