To protect your personal information, this website institutes a security lockout after five incorrect username/password attempts.  Once this happens, regardless of whether you have entered the correct username and password, you will not be admitted to the site.  This protocol ensures that hackers cannot continually attempt to log in with random username/passwords and gain access to the site.

To "unlock" your account, you must call the office to be unlocked.  Please be in front of your computer when you do this, as some information from your computer may be necessary.

On the log in page, there is a link to "Forgot Username/Password?".  This page will prompt you for the email address you have registered with your login.  Enter in this email, and the system will send you an automated email with your username and password for the site.

Please note that if you have forgotten which email address you have registered in your profile, you will have to call the office to obtain a new password.  In accordance with PIPEDA regulations, your personal information will have to be verified before we can give you a new password.

This is a common problem when a user does not have cookies enabled in the browser settings.  The CSCM site requires the use of "session Cookies" to operate properly.
